Ford A-Plan & Z-Plan Pricing

A-Plan pricing is tailored for current full-time Ford employees, while Z-Plan pricing extends to retired Ford employees. An employee's spouse, spouse's parents, children, and grandchildren are all included in both plans. Explore detailed eligibility criteria below:

  • Active full-time hourly employees and regular salaried employees, beginning with date of hire.
  • U.S. temporary part-time employees (TPTs).
  • Surviving spouses of active employees or retirees under the General Retirement Plan or Ford-UAW Retirement Plan.
  • When both the employee/retiree and spouse are deceased, surviving family members are no longer eligible.

  • Hourly retirees with normal, early, or disability retirement benefits, as long as medical benefits are received.
  • Employees on approved leave or layoff, with certain conditions.
  • Regular part-time hourly and salaried employees eligible for medical benefits.
  • Separated employees with AXZ-Plan privileges outlined in their separation packet.

  • Salaried retirees under the General Retirement Plan, including those who retired between ages 50-55 with deferred retirement benefits.
  • Eligibility of employees of approved subsidiary and affiliated companies is determined at the time of approval.
  • Deferred vested retirees receiving a Ford pension check.
  • Employees of approved subsidiary and affiliated companies, as defined at the time of approval.

To begin, you need to obtain a PIN before finalizing your purchase or lease of a Ford vehicle. This unique pricing is only accessible to customers who declare their participation in the program and provide a PIN. You have two ways to get a PIN:

  • Ford Motor Company employees can visit www.axz.ford.com or call (800) 348-7709.
  • Ford Motor Company employees generating a PIN for eligible family members or friends can visit www.myplan.ford.com.
